These Terms and Conditions govern: (a) your use of our website and services; and (b) the sale of products. By placing an order or using our website, whether or not you choose to register, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Definitions
In these Terms: "Products" means the jewellery and accessories we sell; "Website" means our site and any related pages; "Contract" means the contract for sale between you and us as described in section 6.
3. Using our Website
You agree to use the Website lawfully. You must not: (i) misuse the site, introduce viruses, or attempt to gain unauthorised access; (ii) use our content for commercial purposes without permission; or (iii) submit unlawful, defamatory or infringing content.
4. Product information
We take reasonable care to ensure that details, descriptions and prices of Products on the Website are correct at the time of entry. Colours and finishes may vary from images due to device displays and natural variations in materials. Some items are handcrafted; minor variations are a normal feature and not defects
5. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a consumer (not purchasing for resale) to place orders with us.
6. Orders and contract formation
Your order is an offer to buy Products from us. We will acknowledge receipt of your order by email, but this does not constitute acceptance. The Contract is formed when we send an email confirming dispatch of your order. If we are unable to accept your order (for example, because an item is out of stock or a pricing error is identified), we will inform you and you will not be charged, or we will refund you in full if payment has already been made.
7. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in GBP. Standard tracked delivery charges are £2.95 for all orders. We offer free tracked standard shipping on orders £30 and above. Orders of £75 and over are automatically upgraded at no extra cost to Royal Mail Tracked 24 (see Delivery). We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken when your order is placed. If payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend or cancel the order. Our prices are reviewed periodically without notice.
8. Delivery
Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). We do not dispatch on weekends or UK public/bank holidays.
Methods & timeframes: We deliver within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) using Royal Mail. Our standard service is Royal Mail Tracked 48 (usually 2–3 business days after dispatch). Orders of £35 and over are upgraded to Royal Mail Tracked 24 at no extra cost (usually 1–2 business days after dispatch). Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Tracking: You will receive a dispatch email with tracking details. Tracking may take a few hours to activate.
Safe place & neighbor: Deliveries may be left in a safe place or with a neighbor at Royal Mail’s discretion.
Incorrect/incomplete addresses: Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. Returned parcels can be re-shipped once the correct address is provided (additional postage may apply).
Delivery timeframe & risk: Risk in the Products passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided. Title passes when we receive full payment.
9. Your right to cancel
Under UK consumer law, customers who purchase goods online generally have a 14‑day right to cancel their order. However, this right does not apply to goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.
10. Returns and exchanges
Due to the hygiene‑sensitive nature of our Products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This does not affect your statutory rights.
11. Damaged, missing or lost items
We use secure packaging to help protect items in transit. If your order arrives damaged due to shipping or handling, or your parcel is missing or delayed, please contact orders@chamkeli.co.uk (or via WhatsApp) as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos/videos of the item and packaging. We will investigate (including with Royal Mail) and work with you to provide a suitable resolution.
12. Faulty or Incorrect items
We carefully check all items before dispatching to ensure perfect condition however, If a product is faulty, or incorrect in color or size, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. We may first offer a repair or replacement; if that is impossible or fails, you may be entitled to a price reduction or final right to reject. Please contact us at enquiries@chamkeli.co.uk for assistance. Your statutory rights are not affected.
13. Promotions and discount codes
Promotions and discount codes are subject to their stated terms, are non-transferable, and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers unless expressly stated. We may withdraw or amend promotions at any time in accordance with applicable law.
14. Reviews and user-generated content
If you submit reviews, photos or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display that content on our Website and marketing channels. You promise you own the content and it does not infringe anyone’s rights or contain unlawful material. We may remove content at our discretion.
15. Intellectual property
All text, graphics, logos, images and designs on the Website are our property or used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
16. Our liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability in any way where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, business, or data.
Our total liability to you for any loss or damage arising from your purchase or use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.
17. Events outside our control
We will not be liable for delay or failure to perform our obligations if caused by an event outside our reasonable control. If such an event occurs, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and take steps to minimise the effect of the delay.
18. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can bring legal proceedings in your local courts.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our practices or for legal or regulatory reasons. We will post the updated Terms on the Website and update the 'Last updated' date above. Changes will not affect existing Contracts.
