Shipping Policy

At Chamkeli, we pack every order with care, so your items arrive safely and in perfect condition. We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • We do not dispatch on weekends or UK public/bank holidays.

Shipping Methods

We use Royal Mail for all deliveries:
  • Tracked 48 – our standard service for all orders.
  • Tracked 24 – orders of £35 and over are automatically upgraded at no extra cost.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: usually 2–3 business days after dispatch.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: usually 1–2 business days after dispatch.

While we strive for timely delivery, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.

Stock Levels

  • Orders are subject to stock availability. If stock is unavailable, we will contact you with alternatives or a restocking timeframe.
  • If you choose not to wait, we shall offer you a similar product or a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Shipping Fees

  • Standard delivery is £2.95 on all orders.
  • Free delivery on orders £30 and above. Orders £75 and over receive a complimentary upgrade to Tracked 24.

Delivery Areas

We ship within the UK only (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland). No international delivery available.

Tracking Order

You will receive a dispatch email with tracking details. Tracking may take a few hours to activate.

Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages

We use secure packaging to help protect your items in transit. However, if your order arrives damaged due to shipping or handling, please contact us at orders@chamkeli.co.uk or via WhatsApp with your order number and photos/videos. We will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution. For missing or delayed parcels, we will investigate with Royal Mail.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. Returned parcels can be re-shipped once the correct address is provided (additional postage may apply).

Safe Place

Deliveries may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour at Royal Mail's discretion.

Bank Holidays & Peak Seasons

During peak seasons or UK bank holidays, processing and delivery times may be longer.
